  2.6-Di-Tertiary Butyl Para-Cresol KMCAD-T501  
 

Description:
KMCAD-T501 is a white crystal, prepared from cresol and isobutylene,
Provide the lubricant with excellent anti-oxidation and anti-gel performance. Fine oil solubility, Insoluble in water and caustic soda, The best anti-oxidation effect could be displayed under the working temperature of 100°C, Not suitable for the oils under rather high service temperature.

Applications:
KMCAD-T501 is primarily used in industrial lubricating oil such as turbine oil, transformer oil, hydraulic oil and machine oil etc., serving as anti-oxidant and anti-gel inhibitor. It also can be used in petrochemical products such as rubber and plastics, acting as anti-aging agent.

Dosage:
The recommended dosage is is 0.1-1.0%.

  Mixture Liquid Hindered Phenol KMCAD-T522   
 

Description:
KMCAD-T522 The product is a light yellow liquid, taking 2.6-di-tertiary butyl para-cresol and 2,6-di-tert.-butyl-p-cresol  as its main component. It is not soluble in water and caustic solution, and provides the lubricant with excellent anti-oxidation and antigum performance.

Applications:
KMCAD-T522 can serves as antioxidant additive for fuel oils and lubricating oils, such as turbine, transformer, hydraulic and compressor oils, and for rubbers as well.

Dosage:
The recommended dosage is 0.1% to 1.0%.

Applications:
KMCAD-T531
is primarily used in aviation lubricants and industrial lubricating oils. Compounded with phenolic antioxidant, it can be used in turbine oil and industrial gear oil. It is light yellow crystalloid.

Dosage:
The recommended dosage is 0.5-3.0%.

  Thiadiazole Derivative KMCAD-T561  
 

Description:
KMCAD-T561 is a transparent liquid, prepared from 2,5-dimercaptothiodiazole and thioalcohol.
Excellent performance of anti-oxidation and copper corrosion inhibition. In hydraulic oil, it can significantly reduce the copper corrosion from ZDDP and settle hydrolytic stability. In internal combustion engine oil, it can improve the anti-oxidation ability of paraffinic oil.

Applications:
KMCAD-T561
is primarily used in Bearing preservatives, anti-wear hydraulic oil, industry engine oil, high quality gasoline engine oil and oxidation depressant etc. It is brown or deep brown transparent liquid.

Dosage:
The recommended dosage is 0.3-0.4%.
