Description:
Properties:
- 1815 Wire Rated voltage: 300 V.
- 10393 Wire Rated voltage: 600 V.
- 1815 & 10393 Wire Rated Temperature: 250°C
- Lower Allowable Ambient Temperature: -100°C
- Conductor: single or multiple twists made of 30~10AWG (0.05~5.3mm2) Nickel-coated copper.
- Insulation: PTFE Teflon, with optional color schemes such as transparent, white, black, red, blue, grey, yellow, green, brown, orange, yellow-green and red-white etc.
- Excellent corrosion-resistance nature: insoluble to most organic solvent; oil-proof; resistant to strong acid, alkaline and oxidant.
- Excellent insulating performance, small in size, ultra-high insulation flash over capability; stable and generating low losses under high frequency; non-moisture absorbent; good insulating resistance.
- 1815 Wire Testing Voltage 2200 V, Spark Test 4000 V
- 10393 Wire Testing Voltage 2500 V, Spark Test 4000 V
- Excellent non-flammable and non-aging nature; oxygen index ≧ 95, Passes UL VW-1 & CSA FT1 vertical flame test; long life span.
- The product has been tested and approved by UL of the United States.
- Short lines ≧ 5m to deliver is permitted, but quantity must ≦ 15% of total delivery quantity
  Application:
- In electronic industry, used as cable for high frequency transformer or induction coil.
- In electrical appliances industry, it can be used for low temperature resistant wire or high temperature heating coil in air conditioners, micro-wave oven, computerized rice cookers, electronic thermos, electric heater, electric frying pan, lightings as connections.
