Description:
Properties:
- Rated Voltage: 600V
- 1901 Wire Rated Temperature: 200°C
- 1887 Wire Rated Temperature: 150°C
- Lowest Temperature: -60°C
- Conductor: single or multiple twists made of 30~6AWG (0.05~13.1mm2) nickel-coated copper, tin-coated copper or
naked copper.
- Insulation: FEP or PTFE Teflon, with optional color schemes such as white, black, red, blue, grey, yellow, green, brown, orange etc.
- Excellent corrosion-resistance nature; insoluble to most organic solvent; oil-proof; resistant to strong acid, alkaline and oxidant.
- Excellent insulation with high voltage resistant, stable and generating low losses under high frequency; non-moisture absorbent; high insulating resistance.
- Testing Voltage 2500 V, Spark Test 5000 V
- Excellent non-flammable and non-aging nature, good mechanical properties.
- Short lines ≧ 10m to deliver is permitted, but quantity must ≦ 15% of total delivery quantity
- Obtain approval from UL and CUL.
  Application:
- In electronic industry, used as cable for high frequency transformer or induction coil.
- In electrical appliances industry, it can be used for low temperature resistant wire or high temperature heating coil in air conditioners, micro-wave oven, computerized rice cookers, electronic thermos, electric heater, electric frying pan, lightings as connections.
