Description:
Properties:
- Rated Temperature: 125°C
- 10314 Wire Rated Voltage: 150 V, Spark Test 4000 V.
- 10315 Wire Rated Voltage: 300 V, Spark Test 5000 V.
- 10316 Wire Rated Voltage: 600 V, Spark Test 7500 V.
- Conductor: single or multiple twists made of 36~15AWG (0.013~1.65mm2) tin-coated copper or naked copper.
- Insulation: 2 or 3 layer ETFE Teflon insulation, with optional color schemes such as white, black, red, blue, grey, yellow, green, brown, orange etc.
- Excellent corrosion-resistance nature; insoluble to most organic solvent; oil-proof; resistant to strong acid, alkaline and oxidant.
- Excellent insulation with high voltage resistant, stable and generating low losses under high frequency; non-moisture absorbent; good insulating resistance.
- Short lines ≧ 20m to deliver is permitted, but quantity must ≦ 10% of total delivery quantity
- Obtained approval from UL and CUL.
Usages:
- In electronic industry, used as cable for high frequency transformer or induction coil.
- In electrical appliances industry, it can be used for low temperature resistant wire or high temperature heating coil in air conditioners, micro-wave oven, computerized rice cookers, electronic thermos, electric heater, electric frying pan, lightings as connections.
