Description:
Properties:
- Rated Voltage: 600V.
- 1330 Wire Rated Temperature: -80~200°C.
- 1331 Wire Rated Temperature: -60~150°C.
- Conductor: single or multiple twists made of 30~10AWG (0.05~5.3mm2) tin-coated or naked copper.
- Insulation: FEP Teflon, with optional color schemes such as white, black, red, blue, grey, yellow, green, brown, orange and transparent etc.
- Excellent corrosion-resistance nature; insoluble to most organic solvent; oil-proof; resistant to strong acid, alkaline and oxidant.
- Excellent insulating performance, small in size, ultra-high insulation flash over capability; stable and generating low losses under high frequency; non moisture absorbent; high insulating resistance.
- Excellent non-flammable and non-aging nature; oxygen index ≧ 90
- Testing Voltage 3000V, Spark Test 7000V.
- Short lines ≧ 10m to deliver is permitted, but quantity must ≦ 10% of total delivery quantity.
- The product has been tested and approved by UL of the United States, Canada Standard Association. The product matches standard of military industry GJB-773, UL 1330 1331..
Usages:
- In electronic industry, used as cable for high frequency transformer or induction coil.
- In electrical appliances industry, it can be used for low temperature resistant wire or high temperature heating coil in air conditioners, micro-wave oven, computerized rice cookers, electronic thermos, electric heater, electric frying pan, lightings as connections.
