Description:
Properties:
- Rated Voltage: 300V.
- Highest working voltage: 600V.
- Rated Temperature: 250 °C
- Lowest Allowable Ambient Temperature: -100 °C
- Conductor: single or multiple twists made of 30~10AWG (0.05~5.3mm2) silver-coated copper or Nickel-coated copper or tin-coated copper.
- Insulation: PFA or PTFE Teflon, with optional color schemes such as transparent, white, black, red, blue, grey, yellow, green, brown, orange, yellow-green and red-white etc.
- Excellent corrosion-resistance nature; insoluble to most organic solvent; oil-proof; resistant to strong acid, alkaline and oxidant.
- Excellent insulating performance, small in size, ultra-high insulation flash over capability; stable and generating low losses under high frequency; non moisture absorbent; high insulating resistance.
- Excellent non-flammable and non-aging nature; oxygen index ≧ 95, Passes UL VW-1 & CSA FT1 vertical flame test; long life span.
- Testing Voltage 2500V, Spark Test 5000V.
- The product has been tested and approved by UL of the United States...
Application:
- In electronic and military applications, it can be used as extension cable, conductor for extremely-low environment, high temperature heating coil, fire-resistant wire.
- In electrical appliances industry, it can be installed in air conditioners, micro-wave oven, computerized rice cookers, electronic thermos, electric heater, electric frying pan, lightings as connections.
