For the people of Kianco, customers always come first in our mind. We won't let our customers waiting longer if they come to our point of sales. We promise to provide out customers with human-oriented service and intimate guidance for shopping. With professional engineering teams and the 24-hour service hotline, we are ready to render quality service for each customer.

Upon receiving the complaints from customers, the after-sales personnel shall, within 48 hours, come to the site of customers for processing of problems and explaining to them the reasons of such abnormal occurrence. In such process, the personnel involved shall investigate the matter carefully, make detailed processing log and put forward solutions to customers. After that, they should ask the customer to sign on the log. The logs shall be later brought back to the company for filing, so that relevant personnel would learn form them and improve their working efficiency.

For customer who has adopted our products (with detailed requirements on specification, material and process), we promise to guarantee them a maintenance period of three years. In addition, we are willing to appoint special personnel to answer customer's questions, visit the customer, investigate the customer's site, carry out market survey and make problem analysis, so as to effectively accomplish the undertakings of after-sales service.
